Help me please I dont know what to do

I m from India came to uk after marrying my wife we live together it s been a year we live together , she argued with me she gets drunk and become agressive most of time she s not what she used to be , today she punched me in the face and month ago she made scratchs in my face,I ve a voice recording insulting me for doing nothing, but today I m tired of that I want go back to my country I feel too embarrassed to go back if my parents know about whats happening I always say to them I m fine , what can I do? will I get deported If we get divorced?

If you are a victim of domestic violence and have documentary proof of this, then you may qualify for ILR in your own right.

Obie is right. Your first step is to file a report of the violence with the police or speak to your GP, as you need to have this on record. If you feel that alcohol is causing her violent behaviour, contact Al-Anon who offer free advice and support for families affected by someone else's drinking. They will put you in touch with your nearest support group.
