10 years long residence - what about dependants?

Post by dj.akin1 » Sun Nov 29, 2015 4:47 pm

Hi Vinny,

I was on Tier 1 General Visa and now ILR though the 10 years long residence. My spouse was my dependant on the Tier 1 General Visa and will qualify for ILR on the 10 years route next year December.

But now that I am ILR;

1. Is she till my dependant?

2. Is there any category that she can apply for ILR now instead of waiting till next year?

Regards
DJ

FLR(M), if travelling or leave is curtailed.
