Spouse Visa FLR(M) - English Language Test A1.

Is the English Language Test A1 just speaking and listening only? Need to apply soon for a further 2.5 years.
Only asking because when my spouse took the English test in Pakistan for the first visa it comprised of reading and writing as well, but in the UK, i.e. Trinity College, it's just speaking and listening.

Apologies for the new topic as the Language Test is mentioned many times but not what is actually included.
