Need help for spouse visa

Post by Mysoulsk » Sat Jan 30, 2016 7:55 am

Hello everyone
This blog is so beneficial
Specially cr001 , casa and some others advice.

My wife is British & I am from India
Was applied visa in July 2015 but refused due to financial requirements ( was showing two jobs , one salary is paid in account & other is by cash but we have both jobs p60)(also we show £17k in savings )
We didn't appeal on decision.
As of now we wanna to know
This time we will applying in May nd we show one job whichever paid in bank account earned approximately £14k from this job. Is dat fine?
We have approx £31k in savings now since November. Is dat fine both salary & savings for eligibility?
One more question is we did any proof for savings amount in account like from where money comes from ?
Reply sir/mam so needful
So much thanks

If you are showing earnings from one job these must be at least £9,300 for the last 6 months £18,600 +2). You will have to submit 6 months of payslips and corresponding bank statements as evidence. Savings will only be considered to make up any shortfall in the earnings these must have been held in an accessible account for a minimum of 6 months. Yes, you will have to show the source of the savings.

A letter from your family stating that the money has been gifted as a wedding present.

Casa's advise is very correct.

If you have 31k savings at present, then unless it was derived fromsomething like property sale, and the property was owned by you at least 6 months ago, you will need to wait 6 months from November, which will be May.

You will also need to show , your partner has been earning 12, 600 from November. The 31k saving will cover the 6k shortfall in earning.
