Fiancee Settling in the UK

Morning,

I am due to return to the UK on March 31st from assignment in Qatar. My fiancee is Phillipino and been living in Dubai for over 10 years. I have checked on the UK.Gov website and was reviewing the Settlement Visa but unsure as to the exact paperwork required, including timescales and costs to complete the requirements.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

The requirements are in Appendix FM and Appendix FM-SE, etc. If you marry before you return to the UK, then you may save one step.
