Spouse Visa FLR

Post by seekit » Sat Mar 26, 2016 8:37 pm

Hi, My wife came to UK on spouse visa and we provided NARIC letter for education equivalence to prove english language requirements. Now her extension is due next month. Can anyone please let me know if she needs to do any english language test or will it be exempt because she already proved english language requirement when she applied first time?

Thanks

Submit the NARIC letter again for FLR(M).

Hi, thanks for reply but the NARIC letter had expiry date on it and it has expired now. Is it safe to submit expired letter or shall we get a new one? Also last time with NARIC letter we submitted a letter from her university that the medium of education was english do we need to submit that letter again? That letter has a date more than 2 years old.

Thanks

Spouse FLR(M) missing document

Post by seekit » Tue May 03, 2016 9:20 am

Hi,

I've recently applied for my extension of my wife's visa. I am a director of limited company and submitted all documents however after submitting application I realised that I missed VAT return documents for last financial year. Can anyone please let me know if it is possible submit that document now?

Can anyone please let me know the contact number or email of UKVI where I can ask them directly? I can't find any contact number or email in guidance notes. However they've mentioned a postal address for additional contact after submitting application. I am planning to write a letter and submit VAT returns to that address, will they consider it?

Please reply if you know or have been in this situation.

Thanks

Hi, Just for the benefit of other people, I contacted HomeOffice and they say that I can submit additional document at following address that is mentioned in their guidance notes and they'll attach additional documents to the visa file.

Initial Consideration Unit - FLR(M)
