Need Advice

Hi board. I am writing to get the best advice I can regarding my situation. I am currently on partner visa 10 year route. I came in uk in 2003 on a student visa which I extnded legally up untill 2007 and then became an overstayer frm 200u onwrds up untill 2014. In 2009 I met my nw wife who knew abt my immigration status and married in 2010 and in 2011 applied for flr(m) which later in 2011 refused without right to appeal and then we as per our solicitors siggestion went fr judicial review and ended up in tribunal in 2013 by then my mrs was pregnent with our twins. Judge refused it in early 2014 and after brth of my kids in 2014 I made a fresh application of flr (fp) and within 2 mnths i have been granted leave to remain for 30 mnths.

I am nw settled in a very good job and living with my wife and kids who are turning 2 next mnths however my wife bw after all she done fr me been through with me thinks I got my visa and kids i am nt interested in her which is nt right as i love my family more than anything and all the time infrnt of my kids shouts n swears at me and even sometime hits me.. hlshe got a very bad temper and she is making me very very depress. I dnt speak to no one however she insults me and doesnt care if anybody listens. As she thiinks she gave me visa n kids I cant do anything or go out of this house. I always try to calm thyngs and ignore wht she says and she thinks am scared i will loose theae kids and visa. I love my wife and kids but I cant be like this. I need an advise wht to do or wht step to take as I still want to be thre for my kids and cant be away from them.

It is a form of domestic violence. You will need to work out of this abusive relationship, and work on getting a child arrangement order for your child.

In order for an application to succeed under domestic violence (DV) you will need evidence from either your GP or the police. In other words, this would need to be disclosed to them.
