Query - Please help

Dear Moderators/Users,

I've come to the UK back in October 2008 on a student visa. In January 2011 I was granted 'Limited Leave to Remain' under FLR(O) based my husband's medical grounds. Then 28 Nov 2013 I was granted 'Spouse' visa on FLR(M) as my husband had his ILR in between. My FLR(M) was granted for 2.5 years and due to expire on 28 May 2016.

Could some one please let me know if I can apply for ILR now given I've fulfilled I completed all other requires (LIUK etc)? If not what would the earliest date I can apply?

I would really appreciate your help on this. Many thanks for your support on advance.

No earlier than 28 days before the 5th anniversary of grant of leave as spouse (FLR-M) in 2013.

IMHO in anther 2.5 years...

A second FLR(M) application of 2.5 years will take you to the 5 year qualifying mark for ILR. You will also have to meet the same income level of £18,600 p.a and pay the NHS surcharge of £500 in addition to the visa fee.

Hi many thanks for your reply. Could you please advice which from I should fill to extend my visa. Also what supporting documents I should send? Do I need to put any fixed amount in my account? He both work,our salary comes above 50k. Can I go for premium service? Awaiting for your reply.
