Flr FP form help

Hello guys

Just need attention one of my friend filling form and i am giving advice to him but i am confuse .

He's child is British citizen now so if he choose
section parent route 5 or 10 year in form ( new form 18 april updated) so it's asking english A1 required for parents route.

So which section he should fill ?

Wife on ILR
Husband for flr fp application
Kid registered as British citizen

Can any one give a light on it. Which section should fill to apply for flr fp he don't have any english qualifications.
