Is there such a thing as having too much evidence for a VAF4

Post by Mrs_H » Thu Nov 22, 2007 2:14 am

Hi

Im in the middle of preparing my husbands visa application and im getting a little anxious about the large volume of documents that I have collected eg. the usual thinsg to support - my finances, accommodation and ofcourse our relationship.

Is there such a thing as having too much evidence?

The other thing was, Im now 8 mths pregnant with our first child. I will be leaving my FT employment in 4 weeks time and aim to return by March 2008. Our baby is due in Jan. I have a letter from my employer which confirms that my job will still be available for me.

In addition to this, i have £4,000.00 in savings and i will be entitled to approx £500 pcm as my maternity allowance. I live with my sister and pay no rent. My only household contribution is towards the utility bills every quarter and this amounts to £250.00.

Ive already purchased all the baby stuff with money donated as gifts from family and freinds and I have drawn up an expenditure budget to show this.

I think we have a strong chance of a positive outcome but i am still feeling rather anxious!

Any advice on previous cases and outcomes would be appreciated.

Many thanks and apologies if these questions have already been posted previously.
