My wife is on a 2 yr spouse visa ( which was given to her when i got ilr a year back)... until october 2008 when she would be eligible for ILR.
How long can she stay/ visit abroad in these 2 years ?
Can anyone give us advice on what the requirements are regarding absences etc & any other requirements / pitfalls ?
Does the new Govt. changes in immigration affect her in any way?
