clarify on this please accomodation

i have decided that it would be better for me to rent a room in a shared house where i can live with my husband when he is accepted through a spouse visa that we have applied for i am therefore abit confused of the table about the rooms what rooms are they talking bout and as long as me and my husband are able to stay in one room it should be ok isnt it?
on the table it shows this
1 room = 2 people
2 room = 3 people
3 room = 4 people
so are they saying for example 2 rooms means bedroom and sitting room or living room
and having 3 rooms means 2 bedrooms and living room please help on this matter
