overstayed

I have overstayed my visa for 3 years now.I live with my girlfriend,she's british citizen and we planned to get married.am not too sure if i can be granted leave to remain with the help of my british spouse.please i want anyone to furnish me with any useful information.

Read the board, you're not in a great position.

First, you will have to return home to regularise your LTR, second, ur unlikely to be granted LTR anyway because you overstayed.

Gov is clamping down on overstaying and immigration, was bound to happen sooner or later - they want votes.
