How long to get Spouse Visa stamp on Passport?

How long to get Spouse Visa stamp on Passport?

I just got news that I won my appeal in UK after ECO reject my application. Can anyone tell me how long will it take for home office to send my local embassy to call me up to get my passport stamp? I heard from someone, they said might take up to 3-4mths. Is that true?
