What Visa can i have

I am a pensioner married to a foreigner with only a state pension
was marriaged on 31st january 2017 as special case by Lisburn Reg office at my house ,approved
by home office. as i have agoraphobia so i do not get out
My wife is now back in Russia and we need Visa for her to return to Northern Ireland UK. and i have very little money

My wife is coming to visit on 8th APRIL 17 for 12 days only , but visitor Visa runs out
on 15th May 2017 , is it possible to get a extension to this Visa
we would to have the settle Visa ,but is far too costly , and i do not work as i am 75
what can i do?

It's possible to get a visitor extension in the UK, but it's much more expensive than applying for a six months visitor visa from outside the UK.

i have been trying to get attendance allowance this second time and i cannot not go to them so the C ADVICE is sending someone for me. at present i have to depend on my
Neighbors to get my food in for me .my wife and i only had 4 days together after we were married and she is trying to get me back out again,but no one here cares ,while she was here i was starting to get out,now all stopped again.
as my wife had to go back to see her doctor .there is no one here in Northern Ireland willing to help, i often wonder what my grandfather died for in the Boar war in South AFRICA. in 1901.
