How early flr m can be applied

My wife got FLR (m) on 25/08/2015 (same day premium service), 30 months completing on 25/02/2018. HO gave visa till 18/03/2018. My question is how early she can apply for FLR(m) extension by post. Please suggest. Thanks

Had you been not so lazy, you could have found an answer yourself in Appendix FM guidance:
They should make that application no more than 28 days before their extant leave is due to expire, or no more than 28 days before they have completed 30 months in the UK with such leave.
