Are Utility Bills essential - Dependent Visa WP

Hello Everyone
I am on Work Permit and I plan to apply for Dependent Visa for my wife in India.
I have six months payslips and bank statements. Letter from employer and Marriage certificates.
For accomadation and I have rented an apartment and I have the original tenancy agreement. I have also got a letter from the landlord that I am the only one occupying the apartment and it is fine for my wife to join me and it has accomodation for both of us.
As I have moved recently I dont have utility bills and all are addressed to the prevoius address.
Are utility bills necessary? Any suggestions for getting utility bills in one week? Also my bank statements have old address, if it a problem?
