Overstaying and Fiance Visa

Post by Christie123 » Wed Nov 14, 2018 6:51 am

Hi Everyone. is this right section to post and ask questions? if not kindly tell..please correct me. thanks. First of all. I just want to have a clarification on my situation. I went to UK as a tourist visa. my sponsor which is my uncle he tried to rape me and hide my passport. what I did is I run away and find a work. I met my savior my boyfriend who is a British citizen while I was in UK. the worst part is my sponsor found out that I was working illegally and they caught me working I was detained and released cause I'm only 1 month overstay. then I decided to. go home voluntarily my sponsor surrender my passport. and my boyfriend shoulder my ticket going home. After 2 years here in my home country he visited me twice and we are planning to apply for a fiance visa. is there a chance I can still. go back. to UK with that visa. or there's a chance I will get refused because of my overstay.. please I need an answer.??? thank God bless you all.

A spouse/fiance visa application is not liable for a refusal under 320(7b) of the Immigration Rules. Ensure you meet all the other conditions required, including financial, adequate accommodation, English language A1 level, proof of a genuine relationship.
