FLR(FP) Based on 7 Year Child

Post by Ara76 » Mon Dec 03, 2018 2:07 pm

Hi,
I applied for leave to remain for myself and my three children based on the FLR(FP) 7 year child route as one of them has lived here continuously for over 7 years and came here when she was only a few months old. The application was successful and we have received our BRPs. My husband wasn't included in our application as he started a postgraduate programme this September and needed to be on a Tier 4 visa. My question is, is my husband able to apply as my dependant in this category? We were given 30 months, and the type of permit just states Leave To Remain. So basically, I want to know if he can switch to this category with the rest of the family, and if so, which form would he need to fill.
I would be most grateful for any guidance on this.
Thank you.

Hi
Can you please elaborate further that how much time was taken by the Home office to issue the FLR (FP) 7 year route visa? I have also applied for the same visa in mid of January 2019?
