COA .processing time?? helpp

HI guys , i want to know how long it take to process COA ? i am an international student with 1 year left on the visa .

Your question does not mean very much if you do not provide details of you and your fiance's visa(s) and citizenship(s).

i am an international student , and my gf is british citizen, we are planning to get married ... i have still 1 year left on my student visa / ....so if we send our passports , we will get a COA?
