Hello all,
It would be great if anyone who applied for FLR HRO to provide some information about return of documents and passport following a decision. I checked the "timelines only" thread but I can't find anyone mentioning anything about return of documents prior to decision letter.
I applied for FLR HRO - Article 8 back in June 2018
Application fees taken and IHS also paid
Biometric enrolment letter received and done in August 2018
No further communication from Home office to date
I have been reporting since November 2017 every 2 months and next reporting is in mid march
Yesterday they returned my documents bundle along with a letter that says they have scanned all required documents and any ids will be retained until a decision is made. Does that mean my application has been refused and they are holding up my refusal letter to serve me on next reporting? Is it normal that they return supporting documents first and decision letter later along with passport and BRP? It would be great to know if anyone had similar experience with their application. Thank you very much
