Spouse Visa - partner does not have contact with child from previous marriage

I am looking for some advice.
I am in the process of converting my 6 month fiance visa to a spouse visa using the online application form.
The issue is that my partner has a child from his previous marriage but does not have any contact with his child at the moment and absolutely zero contact with his ex wife.
However when completing the online form –
1) it asks if my partner has any children. Which I tick yes. Then;
2) It then asks the details of where the child lives and if I have any contact. I completed the box stating I have no contact nor does my partner. And the child lives with his mother.
3) The form then says “ I confirm I will provide following:” – 1) utility bill of the person whom the child is living with. 2) Birth certificate of the child.
But
1) We wouldn’t have any chance of obtaining a utility bill from his ex wife.
2) The same for the birth certificate.

Note: when we applied for the fiancé visa. The Fiance visa didn’t ask for these details. It just asked for the name & address where the child lives and nothing more. And additionally in my partners cover letter, he confirmed that he does not have a contact order.
Can anyone advise? How do we continue with the form? If we can't provide those two pieces of evidence?

I had almost the same problem. You just tick the box otherwise it doesn't allows you the proceed and in the end of this part you can add more infos about the child. I've done that and wrote that I do not have contact with the childs mother and therefore not able to provide anything related to her, and in your case, the child. And write that in your cover lette ras well.
They now ask too many unnecessary questions.
