immigration lawyer

Post by Jeri » Sat Jan 15, 2005 12:46 pm

Hello!

Where can I get a good immigration lawyer at Birmingham? Any recommendation please? Someone with lots of experience in ILR, marriage/divorce/separation and now that Im pregnant with my first baby but the father isnt my husband. Though Im separated and my husband is aware of my situation, Im not sure how will this affect my ILR when I apply next yr. Any advice please?

Cheers

How about having a look at the OISC website

http://www.oisc.gov.uk/home.stm

The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is an independent public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. A part of their function is to ensure that immigration advisors are registered and follow good practises.

Click on advisor finder, you can do searches based on post code, charging preference and type of advise.
