Hi,
I have compiled a check list for my application, i will really appreciate if some one can share some thoughts on it. I have an appointment booked on wed 22nd May in Croydon.

• Online printed application form.
• Applicant's passport.
• Applicant’s BRP.
• Sponsor's passport.
• IHS number.
• Declaration and Consent forms.

Relationship documents:
• Marriage certificate.

Accommodation documents:
• Tenancy Agreement (joint names) (from nov 2018- nov 2019)
• Council Tax bill from 2016-2019 (sponsor’s name)

English Language requirements:
• English Certificate A2 from Trinity College

Financial requirements: (sponsor’s)
• Bank statements showing last 6 months salary payments.
• 6 latest payslips.
• Employment Letter.
• Job Contract Letter.
• P60.

Cohabitation documents:
Applicant’s:
• Oct 2016 - DVLA Licence.
• Oct 2016 - NI Letter.
• Oct 2016 – NHS letter.
• Feb 2017 – DVLA theory test pass letter.
• Apr 2017 – DBS.
• Apr 2017 – Bank Statement.
• Nov 2017 – Bank Statement.
• July 2018 – HMRC Letter.
• Sept 2018 – HMRC Letter.
• Apr 2019 – P60.

Sponsor’s:
• Apr 2017 – Edf bill.
• June 2017- HMRC letter.
• Aug 2018 – HMRC letter.
• Sept 2017- Bank Statement
• Feb 2018 - Bank Statement.
• Jun 2018 – Thames Water bill.
• Dec 2018 – Thames Water bill.
• Apr 2019 – Edf bill.

Joint Names:
• Last 6 month Bank Statements (as the account was opened last year)
• Admiral Insurance Car certificate 2017 and 2018 (applicant’s name added as second driver)
• April 2019 – NHS letter

Hi,

FLR(M) approved on same day (super priority), received email around 2pm, got BRP in 3 working days.
