scanning documents

Post by Donabela » Sat Jun 15, 2019 12:13 pm

hello,
my application for my spouse who does not live in the UK was submitted by my solicitor and sent all the supporting documents by post to Sheffield. the home office has received the documents through signed delivery. However, we have not received any email regarding the documents. But now the solicitor has said that the documents need to be scanned from a VFS centre. Will there be any problem because the solictor said that while applying for application it was not shown in the third party website about scanning the documents. will there be any problem regarding the scanned documents even if they recieve the original documents.

thank you

These documents will be returned back to you/your solicitor soon with the suggestion to scan them through their partner.

Then no issue because you are both way covered.
