IHS PAYMENTS AFTER APPEAL ALLOWED??

Quick question.

If IHS Was not refunded when an application was refused, do you pay again after you've won your appeal ? or you just use the same reference number ?

Also, in a case where the IHS that was paid was the old amount, would you be asked to top up ? even if at the time you paid it was the old amount applicable to your application.

Just trying to prepare myself, answers would be helpful.
