FLR(M) Extension, first time question

Hello,

I have entered to the UK with a fiance visa, which allowed me to change my visa to 'Spouse visa' in the UK without going back to my country.

So I entered to the UK on April 2017 with fiance visa, then applied Spouse visa right after my wedding in the UK, June 2017.

It is now the time to apply for an extension after 2.5 years since my husband is British... These both questions confused me, because it is not clear if its going to be my second extension or not.. (Is the one that I applied in June 2017 could be related to this questions?)
