Which visa to apply for my wife who is a non-EU passport holder. (I am an Irish national living and working in the UK).

I am an Irish national and doctor living and working in the U.K. My wife is a Pakistani passport holder and doctor living and working in Qatar.
She will be coming to live with me in July 2020.
Which visa/route do I need to apply for her in order to come live with me in the UK and obtain right to work for her? How long does it take to process? How much is it? What are the visa requirements? When should I apply?

Would appreciate any information and guidance.
Thank you :D

My suggestion would be taking a look at the EU settlement scheme first as there is a good chance it would be the easiest and cheapest route if you meet the eligibility requirements:

I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.
