Self upload for TLS submitted wrongly

I accidentally pressed submit on self upload page of TLS Accès UK.
I haven’t uploaded most of my documents.
I asked people at TLS and called contact center with no definitive advise.
I supposedly can still submit my documents thru assisted settlement scanning service. Is it true? And will it work?
It will mean that they will send paper copies to scanning hub in London. They can do that but not giving guarantees that documents will be properly scanned.

Second option will be to cancel whole thing and do everything again.
