FLR FP Private life application requirements

Hi All,

I've been reading the posts on here for a while now, but I've finally decided to ask for some advice now that as I really need it.

Brief immigration history:

Came to the Uk at age 11 with my mother and little sister in 2008

Overstayed until 2017, when my mum and sister were granted leave to remain on the parent route (10 years) and I was granted leave outside the rules (LOTR) due to me not having any other family


The visa expires in February 2020 and I need to make an extension but I now qualify under the immigration rule 276ADE (1).
(v) is aged 18 years or above and under 25 years and has spent at least half of his life living continuously in the UK (discounting any period of imprisonment);. I am now looking to switch to the private life route.

I just have a few questions that I need to clarify


1) Is there any financial requirement for private life applications (eg £18,600)

2) do I have to take the English language test

3) am I expected to provide evidence of every month I have been in the UK? if not, what is the accepted number of documents and time frame (e.g every 3 or 6-month period?)


I would really appreciate it if I could get some help on this
