Hi everyone, I would be glad if you could advice me on what to do about my situation. I have a child almost 3 years ago with my ex-partner, although we were not married. She is married and I think got a Settled status through her husband.

Please is there a way for me to build an application for myself through the child we had together who has , I think, same status as her Mum, given the fact that my name is on her birth certificate as the biological father?

They are both Ghanaians at the moment, but they both have Settled status.

In that case, any immigration prospects for you would be via the much tighter UK Immigration Rules, not the Settled Status scheme.
