Hello sirs
I came here in uk January 2010 . I had valid visa until 23rd September 2014. I made a tire 4 application on 15th august 2014 and got refused on 21 February 2015 due to revocation of my college with appeal right . I have lodged my appeal and it’s got dismissed on 18 November 2016.

I have made a flr fp in 14 days time and the application was refused with an appeal right 18th March 2018.
I have logged my appeal and it’s got dismissed on 17th July 2019.

Again in 14 days time I have applied flr fp with my wife (British National ) who’s got selective mutism since she was 5. This application got refused on 3rd of February 2020 with an appeal right .

There’s two main reasons for refusal
1) I don’t have valid leave since 15th August 2014
2) Secretary of State didn’t see any difficulty for my wife to live in Bangladesh where i am from .
