Post by Sean7398 » Sun Aug 31, 2008 7:09 pm

Dear Forum
My wife is in India and she is going to be applying for a spouse visa to come to the UK, where her husband (me )is present. We have been married for about 10 months roughly.

We have submitted the following documents, and were wondering if we have submitted everything that is required.

the VAF4 form, wifes passport, husbands passport photocopy, sposnsors undertaking, sponsor letter, driving licence, utility bill, marriage certificate, photos from marriage, ring receipts, phone call statements, text message statements, photos of recent visits to india, aeroplane tickets of all recent trips to india, evidence of cohabitance in hotels there, envelopes of correspondance, letter from mortgagae holder in UK of accomdation, land registry documents, mortgage statements, council tax bills, photos of property, letter from sponsor's employer, sponsors employment contract, bank statements (sponsor), bank statements (applicant), payslips p60. education evidence of applicant, english proficiency evidence of applicant

I really can't think of anything else to put in. I think we;re going to just go for it.

Is this enough???
I appreciate all your comments..

I think this more than enough. It will be really very difficult for the ECO to refuse you on the basis of the evidence you have supplied. Good luck

If you don't have savings, you could also include a basic monthly income and expenditure form to show that your finances are sufficient to support you both.
Oh, the drama...!
