A1, A2 OR B for Fiance Visa application

Hey guys
I am in the process of selecting my IELTS test for a "fiancé Visa" my partner and I wish to apply for from the British embassy as advised by the immigration lawyer handling our application. I am abit confused as to which i am to select, the A1 test or A2 as the A2 seems more tailored to the sort of application i am doing. which test is it for fiance visas

minimum is A1 but a lot of applicants do a higher test such as A2 or B1. so basically B1 is meant for settlement but alot of people who do B1 saves alot of money as they use it for future applications.
