Hello Helper,

My issue is same as below ..

I am currently in the process of applying extension for my originally issued FLR as it is quite close to extension. I have a son from my previous relation who is not living with me, not entered UK at all but the online application wouldn't allow me to proceed further with out entering a date of his entry in to UK. I think this is a Glitch and wondering if any one came across this issue before and what is the fix ? Your help and support on this would be much appreciated.

Just to give an update on my issue for all the readers who are facing similar issue. I spoke to UKVI Contact center and it is a glitch with in the application system. I have escalated to the technical team. Contact details are below

Contact UK Visas and Immigration about your application
Technical problems
Call to report a technical problem when:

using the ‘UK Immigration: ID Check’ app
viewing and proving your immigration status online
updating your UK Visas and Immigration account details
Telephone: 0300 790 6268
Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), 8am to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday, 9:30am to 4:30pm
Find out about call charges

Report other technical problems
Email the online help team to report technical problems with your online application. For example, problems with passwords, payments or page errors.

You must include:

your name
what you’re applying for
a description of the problem
Include screenshots of the technical problem, if you have them.
