Hi everyone. Hope you're all well. I am at a standstill about what route to take for my son.
I came to the UK in September 2016 and I am due to apply for an ILR September 2021. I have a 7 year old son in the Philippines and I want to bring him here to be with me as I am the sole parent. He has never applied for any visa to UK. What is the best route to take for him.
1. Tier 2 visa dependent then ILR application. What would be the implications and restrictions for this route?
2. ILE application once I have my ILR status. What would be the restrictions for this?
3. Any suggestions?
Your help with be greatly appreciated. Please guide me as to what route would be most practical and not costly. Thank you.
