Financial requirements spouse visa

Hello
I need some information regarding visa extension for my spouse
My wife is working part time since September 2020 as employee her income is £700 Monthly will it consider £4200 or £8400 and I am self employed and my profit is 11600 up till now, I am still working how much more profit I need ?
Note: I need to make £18600 both income combine
Whether my wife income is consider for 6 months or 12 months?
What will be the calculation

I need to apply for her extension mid of April 2021

What would be the combine income or how it calculate
I mean to say my wife part time income will be count as 6 months or 12 months with my self employed income.

CAT A can be combined with CAT F as long as it is within the same financial year as the self employed. You will need to add all the income during that financial year and combine it with the NET profit from the self employed.
