cant get eea pr , can i apply for a stdent visa

hi am just thinking out loud, i am currently going thru a divorce,havin been married to an eea national for 5yrs now ,my pr is due in nov and if possible i would abandon it at the first sign of stress the ho gives me, plus my ex new girl is threatening to make sure idont get it. can i then apply for a student visa even though iam on part time?

i know about the rule, but my ex hubby as his new girl are going to make sure i dont get pr, they are both eea national. i am just lookin for plan B .
