Partner 5 year route extention

Hi Immigration gurus,

My wife visa is expiring in July 2021. I would like to know what documents we need to provide. She will be completing her 10yrs in June 2022.

She is currently employed in my firm as an Assistant Accountant since 2017 and earning a salary of £36500 pa. I am taking a salary and dividends.

We live in our own house in London with our two British children.

What documents do I need to show when applying for the visa, and how much is the current IHS? Kind regards w

1. Is you wife on a 5-year route to settlement or 10-year route to settlement?

She is on a 5 yrs route. Does she need an English test? I

If she is applying for extension having been granted a visa for c2.5 years, she will need to pass an English language test in speaking and listening at a minimum of level A2.

IHS is currently £624/year.

In terms of meeting the financial requirement, look into Category F and G.
