My current BRP expired on 20 April, and I have submitted the application for family visa renewal. However, I couldn't find the record of my application in https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work. It did show my current BRP status, but when I selected "I have a UK Visas and Immigration account" and entered my passport/BRP number, it showed "The details entered don't match our records".
Does anyone know why? Many thanks and appreciated for your help!
