Hi
My husband is a British citizen as is our daughter who is 3.
We have been living outside the UK since marriage.
We applied for my spouse visa in December 2019, but made the mistake of including both of our earnings to meet the financial requirements and so the visa was refused.
We are hoping to apply again this month. My husband is now working two jobs. His basic salary + bonus+ commissions adds up to £9444 for six months from both jobs.
He also has a job offer above £18600 when we move there.
Regarding accomadation we will be staying at my sister’s as soon as we land. Its a 2 double bedroom apartment. They have 2 children aged 2 and 6. According to the method of calculation in gov.uk that’s 5 1/2 people with us.
We are stating in the cover letter that its only a temporary accommodation.
I’d like to know
1. Would working two jobs be accepted? Can commissions and bonuses be included to reach the financial requirement.
2. One of his positions is a Director Operations. Will this have any difference in the documents to be shown?
3. Will the accommodation be accepted?
Thanks in advance
