Spouse visa, pip and uc

I live in a council house, i claim uc and i claim pip as i am mentally disabled. Can i apply for spouse visa for my wife?

Imran I believe you are free to apply for the spouse visa for your wife but I think because you claim personal independence payment (one of the permitted benefits). You will need to meet the adequate maintenance requirements to prove you have enough money to sustain your life after your partner arrives.
