Will a month gap in payment impact sponsor family visa ?

Hi there

I'm a British citizen and planning to sponsor family visa for my wife ( she lives abroad outside the EU )

I work as a contractor ( inside ir35 ) basically I don't get any paid for holidays.

I've been working on the same contract for the past 8 months and it will continue until next March. But I've taken 6 weeks of holidays for which I won't get paid.

I'm getting paid lot more than the £18600 required to sponsor, the HO website requires past 6 months payslip. I would have an issue for the last month.

Please let me know if a letter from the agency and bank statements will be good enough to convince?

Which category are you intending on applying under? If Category B, Gap is fine under this category.
