Adult Dependent Relative (ILR Application)

Dear immigration board team,

I granted a refugee leave to remain five years ago. After three years from getting the refugee visa, I applied for adult dependent relative visa to my parents and younger brother (above 18) and they granted leave to enter visa that expires at the same time of my visa. I’m now due to apply for ILR and my questions are:
1- What kind of visa my parents/brother should apply for? ILR? or other type of visa?
2- if it’s ILR visa, is it the same application I used (Set P) or there is a specific one for that? What kind of supporting documents I need?
