Hello we applied for spouse visa in September 2021.
Received a not straightforward email a few weeks after. Still waiting for a decision. We applied for priority service too.
Anyone in a similar situation?

Lots of different time line threads to pace application progress. With the NSF email, the priority service is no consideration.

Thanks. It just seemed weird as they asked for additional docs already and now we get this email.
I wonder if UKVI are busy at the moment?

There was the covid backlog, and applications daily, not holding brief for UKVI but service times are out of the window.
