FLRM visa extension for dependents

Hi,
I am a British citizen and both my wife and son are on FLRM visa.
Their FLRM visa was issued on 29-01-2021and is valid until 26-08-2023. Could you please clarify the below questions for me, thanks so much in advance

a) What is the link to use for extension of their FLRM visa. I assume I can extend both of theirs on the same application
b) I have seen that I can submit their application before 28 days, is this 28 days before their expiry on 26-08-2023 or is it 28 days before they complete 2 years and 6 months which they will be on 29-07-2023 as their visa was issued on 29-01-2021. I want to ensure I submit their application in such a way that they will complete 5 years with this renewal, was confused if I submit now and their visa start date is given earlier than 29-07-2023, then they will not complete 5 years with this renewal.
c) Will they have to give a new biometric for this extension or previous biometric can be used ?
d) My wife had cleared Grade 5 GESE CEFR Level B1.1 certification on Oct 2020 when she applied for FLRM visa, can the same be used for education qualification for the extension ? I assume my son who is just 6 years old don't need any educational proof

Of entering UK which for FLRM is what's relevant

Sorry if I did not provide all the required details. Her visa issue date was 29-01-2021, expiry date is 26-08-2023. She changed from PBS visa to FLRM while being in the UK so I assume that 29-01-2021 will be seen as the entry date for FLRM ? With this, she will be completing 2.5 years on 29-07-2023 so based on your answer, I can apply for extension from 01-07-2023 in order to ensure my wife completes 5 years with this extension.

Am I correct in this understanding ?

She changed from PBS visa to FLRM while being in the UK so I assume that 29-01-2021 will be seen as the entry date for FLRM ? For proof of identity on FLRM, when it comes to passport, do I need to upload the full passport of mine and my dependant including the blank pages or only the photo/address pages of the passport is enough ?
