Information Required for Parents Visa Renewal

Hi friends,

I am a British national. I applied for my parents immigration from Pakistan in 2021; their visa got approved based on their health grounds. Both my parents got a 2.5-year initial visa, which expires in November. They are on the 10-year immigration route, and we need to extend their visa a few more times before they become eligible for permanent residency.

In the initial application, I provided a sponsorship letter, my bank statements, my payslips, employment letter, my tax documents, their health records, and other relevant information.

Now for their extension, do I need to once again provide all these supporting documents (sponsorship letter, my bank statements, payslip, bank statements)?

As they are here in the UK, do I need to provide their NHS health records?

Do they need to provide evidence of the English language? They are 60+

What UK immigration application form did you/your parents submit initially?

The letter granting them permission to move to the UK will also list the basis of their visa (either the relevant paragraphs of the Immigration Rules or Leave Outside The Rules, etc).

They came here in the UK for visit visa during Covid period and applied for settlement within the UK. At that time the rules were relaxed. We filled FLR(HRO) form.

They got "Grant of leave to remain private life rules". They got 30 months initial leave to remain and they can apply for extension after 10 years.

I am not sure if for extension they need to fill FLR(HRO) or FLR(FP)
