Spouse Visa Extension - Is it too early/

Hi everyone.
I have a very simple question regarding spouse visa extension.


My spose visa expires on 29 jan 2024.
I have paid NHS FEE and going to submit visa application.

My question is it is to early to apply?
Should I wait for next month?
When is the best time to apply?

Spouse visa expiry does not come into it, its 28days before completing 30months in UK counting fromnl entry date.
When did you enter UK on spouse visa or did you switch from within UK?
