Specified limited company

Post by GoldenS » Wed Dec 13, 2023 1:25 pm

Hi I currently work in a limited company owned by my aunt and her husband earning 19k per year. I’m about to apply for spouse visa for my wife, would the company I work for be considered as limited or specified limited and if specified limited would I meet the current financial requirement?
Thank you

I have found information that my aunt being one of the owner would make the company a specified limited company

The question now is would I still meet the requirement if I have been only been employed for 6 months on a salary of 19k per year as long as I submit the application before April?
