Sopra Steria - UKVCAS Website stuck on Loading?!

Hi,

I've recently just submitted my wife's visa application and created an account with Sopra Steria (UKVCAS) and booked an appointment.

Since yesterday, I've been trying to login to the website to submit documents and the website stays stuck on "Loading" after logging in and I cant see any of the options anymore. Is anyone else experiencing the same and if so are there any workarounds?

I've tried Edge and Chrome on my PC, cleared cache and disabled adblocker. Also tried on my laptop, same issue which tells me this might be on their end.

Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

I have the same problem. I think there is some issue with their website at the moment. Best wishes.

Could be a technical glitch and as its holiday, wait till resumption of work.at the latest for it to be solved.
